Duties And Responsibilities
- Proactively implement advertising, manage budgets, update new policies and techniques
for platforms (Website, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.), and proactively research new
advertising tools to meet proposed targets.
- Monitor and report the number of customers and conversion rates obtained from the
school’s platform channels.
- Update reports on total costs and the cost per student of each digital channel.
Continuously update user preferences and changes in digital media to adjust and optimize
marketing strategies.
- Manage communities of people interested in the school on social networks, monitoring
and responding appropriately to comments related to the school.
- Collect and analyze data and insights from the community on social networks for
reasonable optimization.
- Coordinate with departments to come up with advertising ideas to promote the school’s
image and attract students.
- Actively participate in all activities and events of the communications department.
- Regularly report to the direct manager on the effectiveness of the website and social
media channels.
- Complete other tasks as required by the direct manager
