Marianapolis Preparatory School has partnered with the Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) through the Vietnam division of the International Schools of North America (SNA) to open a new campus in Vietnam.
Located in Bien Hoa City, SNA Marianapolis International School will enroll an anticipated 2,000 students K-12 over the next four years. While there, students will be taught according to Marianapolis’ mission with an emphasis on character, compassion, and integrity, as well as a holistic approach to learning outside of the traditional classrooms. Graduating students will receive a diploma with dual Vietnamese and American credentials.
The launch is a part of the goals outlined in the School’s Vision for 2026 plan, which states a strategic goal to couple a robust virtual learning platform with the launch of satellite campuses worldwide. NHG’s rigorous international educational environments will be paired with SNA’s infusion of American traditions of instruction and extracurricular philosophy into globally-conscious instruction. The groups collectively share a focus on leadership, citizenship, and experiential learning.
Marianapolis Head of School Joe Hanrahan signed the agreement with NHG and SNA administrators Director of North American Operations Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and Director of Communications and Marketing Tran Thuy Tram Quyen. The virtual signing ceremony was held on November 25, 2020.
SNA Marianapolis International School is scheduled to open in September 2021. More information will be released as the opening gets closer.
