As the Chairwoman of SNA Marianapolis International School – Bien Hoa Campus, Ms. Thuy sets a clear strategic vision which shapes SNA as a leading, prestigious international school with a strong position in Vietnam.

It is also the solid foundation for educating good global citizens and developing the learner-centered innovative curriculum according to the standards of prestigious international education institutions. In addition, the school promotes growth in all students through the integration of intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and civic learning with the aim of making positive differences across the globe.

Mr. Joe Hanrahan, (M.A., MBA)

Mr. Joe Hanrahan is a member of the SNA Marianapolis International School Council and the President of Marianapolis Schools, concentrating his efforts on admission and advancement for Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson, CT, SNA Marianapolis International School in Bien Hoa, Vietnam, and all affiliated Online Learning programs. He is also managing the Centennial Capital Campaign ahead of the centennial anniversary of Marianapolis Prep in 2026.

Mr. Hanrahan is honored to have served as Head of School at Marianapolis for the past twelve years and is proud of the school’s strong mission, sense of community, and innovative approach to education. He has enjoyed sharing the Golden Knight culture with families, faculty and staff of SNA Marianapolis International School and working to transmit the Marianapolis mission to this satellite school in Bien Hoa, Vietnam.

As president of all Marianapolis entities, Mr. Hanrahan looks forward to future opportunities to extend the mission globally and secure the future of college preparatory education. Mr. Hanrahan and his wife, Jane, have four children, all of whom have graduated from Marianapolis Preparatory School in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2020.
