- Provide professional customer service and experience and satisfy potential and current parents.
Job Description
- Successfully convinced parents to enroll all their children in the school and pay the full tuition fees as stipulated by SNA Marianapolis.
- Provide comprehensive and persuasive advice on programs, tuition packages, preferential programs, admission processes, and admission requirements at SNA Marianapolis school, according to parents' wishes; emphasize the school's strengths and convince parents that SNA Marianapolis is the best choice for their children;
- Take potential parents, including parents and students, on a tour of the school, introduce the activities taking place on campus, and explain the outstanding features of the facilities (functions, equipment, etc.); the curriculum, the international teaching staff, and the professional staff.
- Closely follow up and nurture potential parents thru in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, or any convenient online chat platform to ensure they are fully informed about the school's information, events, and promotional programs, enabling them to proceed with enrollment and tuition procedures;
- Arrange for students to take entrance exams, notify parents of the results, assist parents in completing admission applications, provide relevant documents, and contact relevant departments to complete the necessary steps for enrollment (accounting, school services, academic services, etc.);
- Receive customer information lists (from social media platforms, websites, event information, acquaintances, referrals, etc.) and make daily phone calls to identify potential parents, with the goal of converting them to enroll their children at SNA Marianapolis;
- Successfully and fully achieve assigned KPIs with the highest level of responsibility by effectively converting potential parents to enroll their children at the school;
- Participate in and support all communication activities, recruitment events, and academic activities of the school, such as recruitment programs, on-campus activities, academic conferences, exhibitions, school visits, off-campus recruitment events, etc.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff from other departments to ensure that students attending the school receive the best possible care;
- Receive feedback/requests from parents and forward them to relevant departments; ensure that all feedback/requests are handled well with the highest level of responsibility. ;
- Complete other tasks assigned directly by superiors.
Job Requirement:
Education & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in admissions, customer consulting, or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of student admissions processes and parent/student services is an advantage

- Good command of English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for work purposes
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online working platforms (Email, online databases, etc.)
