Consult parents and students about academic programs, tuition fee packages, discounts, admission procedure, eligibility of SNA that match with their needs; emphasize the school’s strengths and persuasively convince them the school is the best choice for their children |

Provide school tours to potential parents and students to introduce activities happening on-site and fully explain about highlight information of each room (function, equipment, etc.) |

Proactively follow-up with potential parents through direct meeting/phone call/email/live chat to make sure that parents are well-informed with the school news/events/promotions so they would proceed with their enrollment application |

Arrange assessment tests, inform test results to parents and assist parents in filling application forms, providing necessary documents, and contacting with relevant departments to complete necessary steps for enrollment (accounting, school services, academic services, etc.) |

Receive leads/customers data (via Facebook, website, introduction, data from events, etc.) and proceed daily Tele-sale to find potential parents and students that can be converted to enrollment |

Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrollment plan in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students |

Be responsible for the assigned admission KPI by effectively converting potential parents’ enquiries into enrollment |

Participate and support all recruitment events as well as school activities such as open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events, etc. |

Regularly visit SNA’s key competitors and their websites to keep the team updated on any new competitors’ development |

Maintain database of students/parents’ information, students statistics, telephone logs and students/parents’ feedbacks to generate students/parents reports for management whenever required |

Make sure that the Admission Office is always clean and POSM are ready |

Incorporate with staffs from other departments to make sure that students are in the best care |

Receive parents and students’ comments/requests and foward to relevant departments; ensure that all comments/requests are well-handled |

Provide support to the Senior Admission Counsellor when needed and other tasks assigned by management (translation, support other departments in school events, etc.) |
