Job Description:

Job purpose

This role is designed for agency-trained Account / IMC professionals who are ready to move in-house and take ownership of end-to-end integrated communication for a premium international school brand.

As an IMC Account Supervisor, you will manage internal stakeholders as your “clients”, lead Digital, Social Media and SEO execution, and ensure all campaigns support student recruitment, brand positioning and long-term reputation building.

Duties and responsibilities

Internal Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders including Admissions, Academic Leadership, School Management, and Operations.

· Receive, clarify, and translate internal briefs into clear IMC and digital execution plans.

· Provide strategic consultation, not just execution, to align communication with enrollment goals and school positioning.

· Build strong, professional working relationships while managing expectations, scope, and timelines.

IMC Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns for:

o Student recruitment & admissions

o School branding & reputation

o Academic and community-related initiatives

· Work closely with internal teams (Content, Design) and external agencies/vendors.

· Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

· Ensure quality control and consistency across all communication touchpoints.

· Proactively identify risks and resolve issues during campaign execution.

Digital, Social Media & SEO Leadership (Core Focus)

  • Digital & Social Media

o Oversee and manage the school’s Digital & Social Media ecosystem, including:

§ Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

§ Website pages and campaign landing pages

o Review and supervise digital outputs:

§ Social media content (posts, reels, videos)

§ Digital banners, visuals and online videos

o Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, academic tone and international school standards.

· SEO & Website

o Coordinate and implement a long-term SEO strategy for the school website.

o Work with content and technical teams on:

§ SEO-driven content (blogs, admissions pages, academic content)

§ On-page optimization and basic technical SEO requirements

o Monitor SEO performance and user behavior to support continuous improvement.

· Performance & Optimization

o Track and analyze key digital metrics including:

§ Reach, engagement, CTR, conversion

§ Website traffic and SEO performance

o Translate data into practical optimization recommendations for content, channels, and messaging.

o Ensure message consistency across digital and offline channels.

Planning, Proposal & Reporting

  • Contribute to:

o Annual and campaign-based IMC planning

o Digital, social media, and SEO roadmaps

· Support budget planning and resource allocation.

· Prepare and present:

o Campaign progress updates

o Digital performance reports and insights

· Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Supervise and mentor Account Executives / Marketing Executives and Interns.

· Assign tasks, review outputs and ensure smooth team collaboration.

· Manage and evaluate external agencies, freelancers and digital vendors.

· Ensure all partners deliver according to agreed scope, quality and timelines.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IMC / Account Management / Digital Marketing, preferably from an agency background.
  • Hands-on experience in managing integrated and digital marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of IMC, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Media Planning, and Performance Marketing.
  • Project management and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with English content and international brands is a strong advantage.
