Elementary Vietnamese Teacher
Job Description:
Job Purpose
The Vietnamese Studies Teacher is responsible for delivering foundational Vietnamese language subjects to Primary School students, contributing to the development of students’ language skills, critical thinking, and understanding of Vietnamese culture within an international education environment.
Key Responsibilities

Teach subjects within the Vietnamese Studies / Vietnamese Language curriculum for Primary School students as assigned by the school, including Reading, Writing, and related content.

Research and apply age-appropriate teaching methodologies that encourage students’ thinking skills, reading and writing abilities, and effective verbal and written expression.

Develop, design, and implement lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational direction.

Assess students’ progress, monitor learning outcomes, and collaborate with the school and relevant teachers to provide additional support to students when necessary.

Participate in academic activities, school events, professional meetings, and other assigned school activities.

Comply with all school policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Job Requirement:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, majoring in Education in the relevant subject.

Possession of a valid teaching license/certification.
-
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 570 or IELTS 6.0.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of using student management systems and academic reporting software.

Completion of all 9 professional development modules for the implementation of the National General Education Curriculum.
Experience
-
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience at international or bilingual schools.

Internship or teaching experience in integrated or international education environments is considered an advantage.
