Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand image, drive student enrollment, and build a strong parent–student community for the international school.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy & Management

- Develop both long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with the school’s development goals.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing cost per enrollment (CPE).

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor trends in international education.

Admissions Marketing

- Collaborate with the Admissions team to develop student recruitment strategies.

- Execute online and offline campaigns to generate leads and improve conversion rates.

- Optimize the customer journey from awareness to enrollment.

Branding & Communications

- Build and manage the school’s brand identity and positioning.

- Oversee content across all channels: website, social media, PR, and events.

- Develop engaging and potentially viral content suitable for the education sector and international school environment.

- Manage communications with media, partners, and community stakeholders.

Digital Marketing

- Manage all digital platforms and marketing channels.

- Monitor and optimize key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, CPL, and ROI.

- Leverage technology (CRM, Marketing Automation) to enhance marketing performance.

Event Management

- Plan and execute events such as Open Days, seminars, workshops, and school tours.

- Ensure a professional and consistent experience for parents and students.

Team Management

- Recruit and develop the marketing team in line with the organizational structure.

- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and foster a strong team culture.

Job Requirement:

Education & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

– Prior experience in the education sector, especially international schools, is highly preferred.

– Proven experience managing marketing budgets of at least VND 1 billion.

Skills

– Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

– Leadership and team management capabilities.

– Proficiency in digital marketing and performance tracking tools.

– Excellent communication skills (fluency in English is a strong advantage).

– Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
