Job Description:
Job Purpose
Primary school teachers are responsible for teaching the curriculum of the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training combined with enhanced English.
Teachers also serve as homeroom teachers, playing a central role in supporting students, coordinating with parents and relevant departments to ensure the holistic development of each student.
Job Description
- Teaching and Scholarship
• Prepare and design lessons and activities according to the Ministry of Education and Training's curriculum standards and the school's teaching plan.
• Prepare periodic test questions, grade papers, provide comments, and evaluate learning outcomes to complete student records and report periodic learning results.
• Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
• Organize diverse and effective activities during the teaching process to promote students' holistic development.2. Class management and homeroom duties
• Develop and plan the management of students' learning and training activities.
• Maintain complete and accurate student academic records.
• Provide timely and helpful feedback to promote the learning process.
• Send clear and complete academic performance reports to parents/caregivers.
• Closely monitor students' academic performance, health, emotions, and behavior to be ready to support them and coordinate with the school administration when necessary.
• Participate in and support the organization of parent-teacher meetings to discuss, advise, or inform about the situation of each student.
• Organize parent meetings according to the school's schedule.
• Participate in the annual evaluation process, including receiving feedback from students.
• Proactively coordinate with other teachers, administrators, medical and administrative staff to handle situations related to the class you are responsible for. - Educational and experiential activities
• Assist in organizing and coordinating learning events, extracurricular activities, outings, and life skills education programs.
Utilize diverse teaching methods (direct instruction, discussion, group work, independent study, practical activities).
• Guide students to participate in thematic competitions and activities both inside and outside the classroom. - Professional Development
• Fully participate in internal and external school meetings, training sessions, and thematic workshops on curriculum, social-emotional education, school safety, etc.
• Always learn, update new teaching methods, integrate technology, and stay current with modern educational trends.
• Other tasks assigned by the Principal or members of the Leadership Team will be distributed after discussion and agreement.
5. School Safety and Psychology
• Ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
• Report any incidents or safety hazards promptly.
• Comply with the school's safety regulations and policies.
Job Requirement:
Job Requirements
Education
• Graduated from a regular university with a degree in education in the relevant subject.
• Possess a valid teaching certificate.
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 570 or IELTS 6.0
• Proficient in office computer skills, able to use student management software and generate academic reports.
• Complete 9 training modules on implementing general education.

Experience
• Priority will be given to candidates with teaching experience at international/bilingual schools or those who have interned and taught in an integrated environment.
