Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

  • - Achieve student enrollment targets through digital advertising assigned by the direct manager.
  • - Manage and optimize the school’s digital presence and content across the website and social media platforms.
  • - Execute cost-effective digital campaigns to achieve assigned objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • - Independently run and manage digital ads and budgets; stay updated with new policies and tools on platforms (Website, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
  • - Track and report lead generation and conversion rates from all digital channels.
  • - Maintain cost and cost-per-student reports per channel.
  • - Stay informed on user trends and platform changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • - Manage the school’s social media communities, monitor feedback, and respond appropriately.
  • - Collect and analyze social insights for optimization.
  • - Collaborate with other departments to develop creative campaigns that promote the school’s image.
  • - Actively participate in all departmental activities and events.
  • - Provide regular performance reports on the website and social platforms.
  • - Perform other tasks as required by direct management.

Job Requirement:

  • – Minimum 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads and other digital tools.
  • – Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad formats.
  • – Dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
  • – Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • – Responsible and results-oriented.
  • – Experience managing ad budgets over 500 million VND is an advantage.
  • – Basic English communication skills are a plus.
