Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
- - Achieve student enrollment targets through digital advertising assigned by the direct manager.
- - Manage and optimize the school’s digital presence and content across the website and social media platforms.
- - Execute cost-effective digital campaigns to achieve assigned objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- - Independently run and manage digital ads and budgets; stay updated with new policies and tools on platforms (Website, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
- - Track and report lead generation and conversion rates from all digital channels.
- - Maintain cost and cost-per-student reports per channel.
- - Stay informed on user trends and platform changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- - Manage the school’s social media communities, monitor feedback, and respond appropriately.
- - Collect and analyze social insights for optimization.
- - Collaborate with other departments to develop creative campaigns that promote the school’s image.
- - Actively participate in all departmental activities and events.
- - Provide regular performance reports on the website and social platforms.
- - Perform other tasks as required by direct management.
Job Requirement:
- – Minimum 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads and other digital tools.
- – Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad formats.
- – Dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
- – Excellent planning and time management skills.
- – Responsible and results-oriented.
- – Experience managing ad budgets over 500 million VND is an advantage.
- – Basic English communication skills are a plus.
