JOB PURPOSE
Film and edit videos for admission, communication, and promotional purposes of SNA Marianapolis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• - Film, edit, photograph, and compile footage with effects to create complete videos according to department requirements.
• - Continuously create new video content following trends and school guidelines, ensuring community and educational standards.
• - Be in charge of filming and editing content for the school’s YouTube and TikTok channels.
• - Film and edit videos based on approved scripts and topics.
• - Select suitable shooting settings and angles; propose ideas for effective filming sequences.
• - Develop and contribute creative ideas and scripts for communication and admission videos.
• - Set up and manage basic livestreams.
• - Achieve assigned KPIs responsibly to support the school’s admission targets.
• - Participate in and support all school communication, admission, and academic events.
• - Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other departments to complete assigned tasks.
• - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  

• – Age: 22–28.
• – Basic English communication skills.
• – At least 6 months of experience filming/editing for YouTube or TikTok.
• – Creative, trend-sensitive, and dynamic.
• – Capable of basic livestream setup.
• – Understanding of lighting, color, and blending techniques.
• – Proficient with professional/semi-professional cameras and filming equipment.
• – Skilled with HD camcorders, DSLRs, and gimbals.
• – Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and retouching software.
• – Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop for video editing.
• – Able to work independently and produce effects using CapCut.
• – Work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• – Background in communications, fine arts, graphic design, photography, or IT is an advantage.
• – Owning personal filming equipment and experience in education is a plus.
