JOB PURPOSE

• - Execute content strategies for admissions communication to ensure parents and students clearly understand and engage with the school’s messages.
• - Propose and implement creative and effective methods to deliver these messages and promote the school’s positive image.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• - Proactively propose and execute creative content ideas for admissions communication.
• - Develop and manage content across school communication channels: Website, Fanpage, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo OA, Email, SMS Branding, etc.
• - Continuously propose content strategies that effectively reach the community while aligning with educational standards.
• - Publish posts and monitor interactions, responding appropriately to parent/student comments.
• - Analyze and evaluate content performance based on metrics.
• - Implement assigned content for communication campaigns accurately and effectively.
• - Collaborate with departments and use tools such as Website, Meta, Google, and Email to strengthen the school’s public image.
• - Report regularly on communication effectiveness and propose improvement initiatives.
• - Achieve assigned KPIs with the highest responsibility to support admissions targets.
• - Participate and assist in all school communication, admissions, and academic events.
• - Coordinate with teachers and departments to ensure optimal student care.
• - Receive and forward parent feedback to relevant departments, ensuring timely and responsible resolution.
• - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• – Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• – Understanding of Online Marketing and active on social media platforms.
• – Strong information reading and synthesis skills.
• – Creative, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and good in teamwork and communication.
• – Confident and open-minded in expressing opinions.
• – Dedicated, result-driven, and committed to long-term work.
• – Basic computer and design skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, AI).
