Job purpose |

Duties And Responsibilities |
– Plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and evaluates the work of outsourced services to ensure operations and services comply with the policies and strategic direction set by Administration & Operations Manager, and all applicable laws and regulations. – Generate reports and business analysis for board of management. – Develop and maintain strong relationship with departments of the company e.g. Admission, Academic team, HR, Marketing and other business lines – Master and clearly understand SOP process to consult other departments to address budget and purchasing procedures. – Assist Manager to develop and maintain the reporting system as required from time to time such as sales activities management, master data base, sale reports, cost and budget control, sales policies. – Assist Manager to manage the status of facilities and assets of the school |
Job Specifications |
Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher education of relevant majors – Experienced in Education industry before is highly preferred – At least 5 years of experience in a similar position Specific knowledge
Skills – Good at operational and management skills – Good leadership skills, Quick adaptability – Sensitive and good communication skills – Have a can-do mindset – Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player, ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively. – Careful, meticulous, confidential.
Personal Characteristics -Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines. -Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills. -Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. -Good analytical thinking.
