Job Description:

Job purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions,
ensuring quality hires within agreed timelines. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
coordinating with hiring managers, while also supporting employer branding initiatives and
recruitment reporting.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment (40%)

  • - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • - Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • - Draft and post job advertisements across online platforms and professional networks.
  • - Present qualified shortlists of candidates to hiring managers within agreed SLAs.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Networking (20%)

  • - Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • - Maintain an active talent pool and pipeline for recurring roles.
  • - Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, and alignment with company culture.
  • - Participate in campus recruitment, job fairs, and networking events.

3. Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience (15%)

  • - Ensure timely updates and transparent communication with candidates at each recruitment stage.
  • - Provide hiring managers with structured feedback and candidate recommendations.
  • - Gather feedback from both candidates and managers to improve the overall recruitment experience.
  • - Support initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

4. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing (10%)

  • - Collaborate with HR and Marketing to implement employer branding campaigns on social media.
  • - Share company updates and job openings on professional platforms to increase reach.
  • - Contribute content ideas for recruitment-related posts or campaigns.
  • - Represent the company at recruitment or career events to strengthen employer brand visibility.

5. Expat Services (15%)

  • - Prepare, process, and manage documentation for Work Permit, TRC (Temporary Residence Card), visa application and renewal for foreign employees.
  • - Liaise with local authorities and government offices for smooth processing of expat-related documents.
  • - Maintain accurate and updated records of expat staff’s legal documents.
  • - Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to support onboarding and compliance for expat employees.
  • - Provide guidance to expats regarding immigration and legal requirements during their employment in Vietnam.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate setting; education experience is a big plus

Knowledge:

  • – Familiarity with sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, and recruitment lifecycle.
  • – Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in recruitment.

Skills:

  • – Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • – Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • – Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • – Effective communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management.
  • – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
  • – Language: English & Vietnamese fluently
