SENIOR HRBP

Job Description:

1. HR functions & operations (60%):

  • Manage all aspects of expatriate-related issues for entire employment at the School including but not limited to mobility, relocation, repatriation, visa, work permit, safeguarding, health insurance, banking, etc.
  • Act as an HR contact point with Department Heads/Academic Leaders for all HR issues, policies, and processes to ensure sufficient information well shared, enhance communication & support to employees and deliver HR services in time with expected results.
  • Be capable to build processes that each HR subordinate can follow, perform assignments, and support the business effectively.
  • Solve employee conflicts and work on legal case if necessary.
  • Support for HR analysis and planning such as workforce planning, headcounts, talent acquisition, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Fulfill multi-tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results for forming new structures at the School.

2. HR Strategies and Projects (20%)

  • Set high standards for policies/handbooks/guidelines launched.
  • Provide consultancy or onsite support for the expansion of the business (if any).

3. Budget (5%)

  • Prepare, monitor yearly staffing costs and deal with key internal stakeholders for getting approval and implementing guidance.
  • Make an efficient approach to achieve targeted financial results and talent/ high performance staff’s retention.
  • Support for setting relevant forms, reports, and system (if any).

4. Other duties assigned by HRBP Manager (5%)

Job Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admisnistration, Education Management,…
  • Avanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or Business will be considered an advantage

Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR-related function
  • Problem solving skills
  • Project management
  • Performance management
  • Data driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of educational business area

Personal Characteristics

  • Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
